Leif Radford has been promoted to Recruitment Director at The Candidate, founding the ‘Under 30’s Director’s Club’ by being the only board member at the agency under 30 years old. Leif has steadily developed his career with the company, from his early days as a junior consultant when he joined from the marketing industry in 2017, through to his earning of multiple promotions and now sees himself on the Recruitment Board of Directors at the agency.

He has an inquisitive, numerical mind which has added significant value to the business, positively impacting and improving reporting and analytics systems whilst successfully becoming top biller across multiple quarters. He has consistently delivered in his role during some of the most challenging times in economic history through using his strong candidate and client relationships and understanding of their recruitment needs. His greatest passion is addressing and raising mental health issues whilst highlighting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Leif highlighted his delight in the promotion by saying,
"To be promoted to Director at The Candidate at 26 is incredibly humbling. I feel very privileged to have a job that I love, which still challenges me every day and allows me to realise my potential.
The trust and freedom awarded to me by Brian and Colin to explore new ideas is something that has meant the world to me. From setting up my own department, to becoming a qualified Mental Health First Aider, I’m proud of what I’ve been able to achieve so far.
I look forward to tackling the challenges the next 5 years will bring, side by side with our team."
