Digital Marketing Lead – FTC - ( 1 year maternity cover) - Manchester / Hybrid – 3 days in office - £45k - £49k DOE

Our client prioritises environmental sustainability, utilising natural ingredients that are ethically sourced without harming ecosystems. With more than 50 years of experience in the industry, they have established themselves as a market leader in personal care products, specialising in vegan options and products sourced exclusively within the UK.

The role entails close collaboration with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive sustainable growth, overseeing the PPC & Paid Social agency, and actively contributing to the digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the capacity to provide specialised guidance across various departments, and the capability to execute their initiatives effectively as required. 


  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce and marketing team members to achieve sustainable and significant growth.
  • Manage PPC & Paid Social agencies effectively to optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee AWIN management, continuously enhancing and driving growth through the affiliate network.
  • Lead product feed management and implement enhancements as necessary.
  • Handle budget allocation and oversee key online focuses including PPC, ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage programmatic campaigns and provide detailed performance reports.
  • Develop and adapt strategic plans based on emerging information.
  • Produce monthly reports on digital performance metrics.
  • Manage TikTok shop operations, including product listing maintenance, enhancements, and leveraging promotional opportunities. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align TikTok channel growth with the shop's expansion.
  • Coordinate TikTok Creator/Influencer partnerships and management.


  • Foster close collaboration with e-commerce and marketing team members to drive sustainable and substantial growth.
  •  Efficiently oversee PPC & Paid Social agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  •  Direct AWIN management to consistently improve and propel growth within the affiliate network.
  •  Take charge of product feed management, implementing enhancements as required.
  • Manage budget allocation and supervise key online initiatives such as PPC, ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Administer programmatic campaigns and deliver comprehensive performance reports.-
  • Formulate and adjust strategic plans in response to emerging insights.
  •  Generate monthly reports detailing digital performance metrics.
