A dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Lead is sought to join our client's team. As the Growth Marketing Lead, the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels. Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Lead:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms.
• Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Drive continuous experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimisation techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and web security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
