Influencer, Affiliates and Events Manager – £40,000 – Fully Remote

Our client is an extremely successful Ecommerce retailer who has experienced extraordinary growth since opening their doors and there’s no stopping them yet!

The perfect candidate for this role will be ambitious, commercially focused and have a strategic mindset. The Influencer Manager will build credibility and maintain senior level relationships to grow their UK Influencer and Affiliate network. Their measure of success will deliver high volumes and quality traffic to the websites and the figures will show strong conversion alongside excellent customer journeys.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Influencer Manager

• You will be responsible for all Affiliates, Influencer and events programmes
• Managing the Affiliates and influencer network (paid and gifted)
• Run the paid and affiliate influencer activity as well as researching and identifying relevant influencers
• Identify and reach out to potential influencers who fit the industry and brand
• Work closely with influencers to track content and build relationships
• Coordinate events and attending if needed
• Report on influencer performance on a monthly basis including gifting, affiliates, retainers and paid collaborations.
• Conduct, report and act on trend research

Skills and Attributes

Are you the right fit? If you tick the boxes below, this could be your dream role:

• 2 or more years working in a similar role (Influencer and some Affiliates)
• All rounder with love for all things marketing, especially Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, Events & Campaigns
• Proven track record of executing influencer outreach campaigns (paid and gifted)
• Confident liaising with influencers
• Affiliate management experience in the UK (Awin or other affiliates platforms)
• Experience media planning, forecasting and budgeting
• You are brand-savvy. You understand the nuances of a great brand and are passionate about bringing this brand to life
• Do you already have clay crafting skills? Not necessary but a great bonus!
