Growth Marketing Manager – Cheshire – Up to £60,000

Our client, a market-leading B2B company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of an innovative company at the forefront of web security.

Key Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to optimise marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimisation techniques.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and web security.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and analytics software, to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns.
  • Adept at placing customers at the core of your strategy, ensuring their needs and challenges are addressed with every solution offered.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly and convincingly.
  • A passion for all things tech, with experience in web security or another software development environment, thriving on the challenges this space brings.
  • A team player who views achievements through the lens of collective success rather than as individual accomplishments.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced settings, making data-driven decisions to steer projects to success.
