This role is perfect for an ambitious performance marketer who combines commercial thinking with hands-on expertise and is excited by the challenge of creating a high-performing function within an established agency.

What You’ll Be Doing...
- Launch and grow the agency’s Performance Marketing division.
- Develop innovative digital strategies that deliver real business results.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across paid media platforms.
- Support new business pitches and help win exciting new clients.
- Build strong client relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
- Turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Become the agency’s go-to expert for performance marketing.
- Help shape and grow a future team as the division expands.
What They're Looking For...
- Proven experience in performance marketing within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media platforms.
- A track record of delivering ROI, leads, and business growth.
- Commercially minded with a passion for driving results.
- Confident presenting ideas and building client relationships.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Experience supporting or leading new business pitches.
