They’re seeking a pragmatic and creative Marketing Manager to take full ownership of digital marketing across three distinct brands, including a growing hotel portfolio. This is a hands on role with no internal team, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, variety and delivering measurable results. You’ll be the go to for all things digital, planning, executing and reviewing campaigns with agility and commercial focus
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Manage websites, social media, email campaigns and digital advertising across multiple brands
- Create and deliver a joined up marketing calendar with engaging, trend aware content
- Analyse performance data, pricing feeds and campaign results to drive commercial decisions
- Work with external designers and agencies to ensure quality and consistency
- Build out digital infrastructure and processes with a roadmap mindset
What We’re Looking For...
- Hotel or resort brand development experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who understands the levers that drive visibility, engagement and bookings in this space
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or sectors
- Hands on expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing and website management
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and confidence reviewing performance data
- Creative and proactive content creator, up to date with digital trends and channels
- Tech savvy and organised, able to work independently and pivot focus as needed
