As the UK Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s revenue growth by executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital and offline marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with sales and global teams to deliver engaging campaigns that resonate with their diverse customer base.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement targeted UK marketing initiatives to support company growth.
  • Execute top-of-funnel activities, increasing brand presence and pipeline growth.
  • Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, using a multichannel approach to engage key customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align on campaign strategies.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost control.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record with ABM campaigns and marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
