Digital Marketing Manager - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid working) - Up to £45,000
This role will lead the execution of an acquisition strategy with the support of a well-regarded agency. You will report directly into the Head of Marketing and manage an Executive supporting with day-to-day campaign activity.
We are looking for an individual who has come from a multi-channel, digital background (PPC, Paid Social, Paid Media, Display & CRM), preferably in a fast-paced environment. Line or agency management experience is not essential but is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a multi-channel acquisition strategy via an agency partner (PPC, Paid Media, Paid Social, Display)
- Management of agency relationship, daily-communication, improvements and insight/reporting
- Collaborate with Content team to oversee SEO best-practices
- Own email marketing campaigns across the business
- Report on website performance across key journeys & ensure continuous improvements / optimisations
- Uphold a test & learn approach ensuring Digital best-practices across channels
- Track, analyse and report on campaign / channel success to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience executing CRM/Email marketing campaigns
- Previous experience working across or having a sound understanding of Performance Marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, Paid Media, Display)
- Line Management / Agency management experience is preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics is required
- Excellent communicator, confident dealing with stakeholders at varying levels
