Join our client, a dynamic e-commerce leader is in search of a Digital Marketing Executive to  drive sales, optimise products, and launching new channels alongside their thriving team.

Our client is a dynamic and growing e-commerce enterprise, venturing into various sales channels with remarkable potential for expansion. They are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand and drive growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Stay up to date on social media trends and leverage them to create engaging content.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build a strong online presence.
  • Monitor and engage with our community, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Email Marketing:

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analyse email performance and implement improvements to optimize key metrics.
  • Support SMS marketing initiatives as needed.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content across various channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute influencer marketing and PR campaigns.

Ecommerce:

  • Assist with product merchandising, search optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Analyse customer behaviour data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Ometria preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
