As they enter a period of expansion, they are now on the hunt for a hard-working, diligent and creative Web Content Writer to join the business in order to contribute fresh ideas!

The Web Content Writer role will primarily focus on producing and updating engaging content which can be used on multiple facets of the website. From time to time, the successful candidate will also be accountable for working on adhoc projects when required. An individual with extensive experience writing blogs combined with a strong knowledge of SEO will thrive within this role.

The Main Responsibilities of the Web Content Writer:

  • Create engaging content – including case studies, blogs, social media posts and articles
  • On a regular basis, conduct outreach by contacting external websites for any outreach opportunities which present themselves
  • Utilising Magento and WordPress, upload images to the company website
  • Ensure all content is produced to the highest standard by proof-reading and sub-editing all content
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the current SEO practices and implement accordingly
  • Research, write and edit industry specific content
  • Adhere to copyright and data protection laws

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Proven experience within a similar content role is essential
  • Fantastic writing, grammatical, admit and time management skills
  • Proven-track record of creating engaging content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including WordPress, Photoshop and Excel
  • Comfortable implementing and optimising all SEO content
  • Capable of using content analysis systems to identify and analyse web traffic metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to produce first-class work in a versatile environment
  • A genuine interest in health and lifestyle would be beneficial for the role!
