As the SEO Manager, you will develop and lead a team of innovative SEO professionals. You will develop and execute the SEO strategy to aid organic search globally as well as in core territories. Strong experience in SEO campaign management, planning and execution are essential. As part of this role, you will liaise with social, influencer and brand teams to develop synergy between campaign plans and maximise brand exposure across the web.

Key Responsibilities of the SEO Manager:

  • Develop and execute successful on page and off page optimisation to aid organic search.
  • Create a top campaign strategy to deliver high quality links back to the site.
  • Ensure the site is optimised and managed effectively.
  • Create reports on the effectiveness of SEO and KPI’s.
  • Plan and implement creative link building to achieve the agreed KPI’s.
  • Develop and manage the SEO strategy to ensure its implemented by the agreed deadline.
  • Drive international SEO strategy, help to increase traffic, conversion and revenue across global markets.
  • Evaluate the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Hitwide and Ahref/SEMrush.
  • Identify any problems and suggest solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage new innovations and communicate with senior management on the latest SEO developments.

Key Skills of the SEO Manager:

  • Previous experience of SEO Management is beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO with a passion to learn more.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hitwide and Ahref/SEMrush.
