Enthusiastic about SEO and ready for a new challenge? A household brand is looking for an SEO Executive to join their marketing team. If you’ve got great technical skills including on and off page SEO with proven ability to drive incredible brand awareness, then this could be the perfect job for you!

This award-winning household brand is rapidly becoming known for fantastic quality products at reasonable prices. With a modern office in the heart of Manchester designed with teamwork and creativity in mind to create a workspace that inspires.  As their brand continues to grow from strength to strength they are looking for someone to join their internal marketing team as an SEO Executive.

The new SEO Executive will work alongside the current SEO Executive and Search Manager to build strong brand awareness and assist in driving new organic traffic through on and off-site optimisation strategies. Knowledge of internal and external link building is essential as well as the confidence to oversee that SEO best practice is followed throughout the business.

Key responsibilities of the SEO Executive:

  • Supporting the marketing and e-commerce teams on search and conversion tactics.
  • Developing best practice marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Enhance link building and outreach opportunities to increase brand awareness and SEO performance.
  • Daily monitoring of search rankings for multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Striving to deliver positive ROI, hitting all relevant KPIs and SEO targets.

Required skills and experience of the SEO Executive:

  • 1+ years experience in a similar SEO role.
  • Good technical SEO skills with experience site indexing using robots and crawlers, on and off page optimisation and SEO ranking factors.
  • Strong understanding of link building and outreach techniques, with proven ability to build page and domain authority.
  • Great working knowledge of SEO third-party tools including MajesticSEO, SEM Rush, Google Analytics and search console.
  • Technical and analytical ability to collect and utilize large data sets into effective campaigns.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
  • Degree in marketing or business is advantageous but not needed.
