Are you a bright and enthusiastic individual who wants to take the next step in your marketing career? Our client is one of the most dynamic media companies and they have a vacancy for a Senior Account Manager to help facilitate all elements of their digital campaigns.

 

This innovative media company are on a mission to deliver exceptional results for their clients in Digital and Print. Putting their staff and clients at the heart of everything they do, our client is on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join their regional sales team in Central Manchester.

 

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with a variety of individuals from across the company, including the Head of Regional Sales and Media Administrators. The successful individual will be responsible for a range of duties, from client communication to coming up with creative ideas and generating reports, meaning that no two days will be the same! The nature of this role requires confident communicators and team players.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:

 

  • Gather data, generate reports to carry out performance analysis producing clear, informative and coherent reports which contain interesting and useful data insights
  • Proactively generate collateral on recent industry trends to back up performance
  • Client communication – keeping all stakeholders up to date on campaign set up and performance
  • Attending and sometimes leading creative or PCA meetings with clients and agencies
  • Attendance at all relevant training and presentations
  • Assisting with sales proposals when the sales team is out. This includes being confident with recommendations, rates and audience segments. Working with the London office at times to ensure all information provided is correct and up to date
  • Coming up with creative ideas for rich media units for clients. This may be proactive and/or on live campaigns and briefs
  • Supports team in day-to-day administration including booking new activities, creative/asset management and ensuring all processes are correct and adhered to.
  • Recommending new workflows/processes where necessary or when you see an opportunity
  • Keeping budget and invoice sheets up to date and accurate at all times.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Solid digital knowledge
  • Client focused – passionate about delivering best in class service to clients
  • Communication across all levels, both internal and external, including presentation skills
  • Strategic, with the ability to manage projects with commercials and selling value in mind, as well as great negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Organised, numerate and analytical
  • A problem solver – happy to query data and question the norm to drive insights for clients in this rapidly evolving industry
