Our client is extremely experienced in their field, with over 100 years’ experience and a large number of branches nationwide.  Top quality customer service is at the heart of what they do, and as their new Regional Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on plans to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Based in their South Yorkshire office, you will be responsible for supporting in the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing a variety of projects in order to drive sales across the region.

Main Responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Executive:

  • Assist in the development of a customer marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
  • Support with the delivery of customer marketing campaigns from concepts to completion.
  • Delivering both on-line and off-line marketing projects.
  • Enhance customer journey within the business.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers using qualitative and behavioural data.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management activities through all phases of the campaign lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all retention marketing plans are in place to underpin an effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research techniques to provide insight and intelligence on how to improve the customer experience and target them more effectively.
  • Assess performance against objectives and adjust marketing plans as required to maximise results and ROI.
  • Budget management and delivering KPIs and targets.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Degree in Marketing would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to develop a customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Experience utilising consumer and data insights in order to target marketing more effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of CIM.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and target marketing.
