The company is a thriving agency whilst provides exceptional promotional, sponsorship and interactive ideas for the creative media industry. Working with some of the biggest names in the country, this is an amazing opportunity for anyone who is genuinely interested in creative content solutions. Our client is based in a modern Manchester office which will provide the successful candidate with great access to the city centre.

The Partnerships Director will be accountable for overseeing the multiple marketing solutions for a variety of agency clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the management of staff whilst also helping the clients be noticed and develop their business.

The Main Responsibilities of the Partnerships Director:

  • Working with other internal teams to develop innovative ideas and present them to the agency. Overseeing the projects from start to finish with the ability to demonstrate success so the agency returns in future.
  • Working with the other SPI team members to make sure all ideas are relevant to the brands
  • Working across multiple brands, developing sponsorship and promotional ideas that work on every platform
  • Work towards revenue targets
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest client activity and events, allowing opportunities to drive revenue
  • Assist other SPI team members, using experience to ensure they deliver the best service to the agencies

The Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Proven track record of selling large volume multi-platform creative campaigns
  • Experience within a media owner environment is vital
  • Expert knowledge of selling business across multiple brands and/or products
  • Working knowledge of the agency marketplace
  • Creative individual with a passion for creating innovative campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good networking ability
  • Eye for details in order to make sure all campaigns are the best they can be
