The eCommerce Marketing Executive will be responsible for crafting and implementing the company’s electronic strategies. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all sales targets are met and provide accurate information to the stakeholders. This role will be fundamental to improving data integrity and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities of the eCommerce Marketing Executive:

  • Working closely with Amazon by analysing ranking through SEO, implementing keyword campaigns and working with Amazon on page optimisation.
  • Liaising with customer services to create a process for monitoring and answering Amazon reviews.
  • Ability to ensure all website changes are accurate.
  • Working with our agency to create online banners.
  • Analyse sales data to optimise campaigns on Google Analytics.
  • Monitoring all of the advertising platforms.
  • Provide monthly reports on key activities.
  • Manage blog posts with our PR agency.

Key skills of the eCommerce Marketing Executive:

  • Degree level education in eCommerce/digital business is required
  • Experience in retail sales and marketing.
  • UK driving license is essential to this role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proven record of managing a successful online retailer.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.
  • Able to travel as role demands infrequent international travel.
