Are you a London-based Ecommerce Manager looking to get your teeth stuck into a new challenge? This high-end luxury cosmetics brand is experiencing fast-growth and therefore looking for a talented ecommerce expert to renovate their website in order to drive online sales!

Our client is a unique cosmetics brand who pride themselves on selling some of the most luxurious beauty products on the market. Since opening their doors almost a decade ago, they have experienced unprecedented success, getting their brand recognised in 18 countries across the globe! With this fast-paced growth and success forecasted to continue, they are now looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager who has a passion for beauty to join them on their journey!

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be working as part of a small, close knit team, where your focus will be predominantly based around implementing a growth strategy for the brand's online sales. Desirably, they are looking for somebody who has previous experience successfully executing a growth strategy for a brand's online sales using platforms such as Shopify, Google Adwords, and MailChimp.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of The Ecommerce Manager:

  • Manage and optimise performance across content, categories, new products and online promotions in order to maximise the customer journey and in-turn drive more online sales.
  • Maintain the website keeping all information and products updated on a regular basis.
  • You will be required to communicate performance data, both written and verbally, to main directors.
  • Take charge of launch programmes, calendars, creative concepts and traffic acquisition across different channels with a focus on Google Adwords and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute an effective retention strategy.
  • Use Shopify in order to adapt cross-sell and up-sell purchasing strategies.
  • Gain invaluable insights from data and implement optimisation strategies for better performance.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Ecommerce Manager
  • Commercially aware with beauty industry experience is desirable, but a product-based background is essential.
  • Experienced working in a hands-on role.
  • Very knowledgeable with Shopify and MailChimp.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
