Our client is looking for someone who has the ability to tap into their niche audiences through digital and generating sales from creative, optimised content. They will also be skilled in the use of digital platforms and the best way to deliver this to audiences.

They will be ambitious and self-led, and very aware of their audiences and how to engage them. It is an extremely fast paced role so someone who can hit the ground running and have the ability to prioritise and stick to deadlines with high-quality output is essential. A creative flair and natural love for music and the arts are essential in order to fully understand and deliver this role.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Create, deliver and manage the digital marketing strategy that incorporates audience development, marketing and overall organisation objectives
  • Work alongside the creative designers to create brand-compliant communications and website, that builds audiences and drives traffic
  • Deliver and take ownership of the digital advertising, including campaigns, budget management and copywriting
  • Oversee the social media accounts and ensure that all the teams are aware of guidelines and offer assistance in content creation including video content
  • Create and deliver targeted e-marketing campaigns with maintained engagement rates and generate revenue
  • Keep up to date and research new digital ideas and test and trial them within the organisation
  • Responsible for the management and development of the Marketing Officer

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong, up to date digital marketing experience including website management using CMS PPC and SEO
  • Experience of delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a range of platforms including the most appropriate social media and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong experience in Photoshop and video editing skills
  • Managing delivery of a high volume of content across digital channels
  • Highly accurate and high attention to detail
  • A knowledge and passion for the arts and music
  • Proactive and able to take brief and run with it
