Always wanted to work for an independent marketing agency? Our multi award-winning client is looking for a Digital Account Manager!

Based in Central Manchester, our client offers full training and ongoing support. Success is recognised and rewarded by our client, enabling the Digital Account Manager to develop their skills and progress their career within the company.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and results-orientated environment and strive towards developing relationships with clients. With this, the successful candidate will use their creative flair in order to create the perfect campaign to meet the ambitions and objectives set to them.

The Key Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Confidently selling portfolios of digital services to clients
  • Quickly developing a good understanding of the client’s businesses and using this knowledge to help them achieve their objectives
  • Facilitate regular clients calls and/face to face meetings
  • Work towards growing client portfolio
  • Build and ensure the delivery of digital marketing strategies according to client expectations
  • Know client requirements inside out and devise new opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Report and provide insight and recommendations on performance

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent sales, communication and presentation skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in selling digital services and implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional management and organisational skills to create a full overview of campaigns
  • Previous experience with setup and optimising campaigns
  • Fluent in general marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Ability to implement strategies to reach set KPIs
  • Good analytical skills to identify improvements and successful links to review campaigns for audits
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Strong negotiation skills
