Join a multi-million-pound global business on their new product launch as Customer Acquisition Manager!

Our client has multiple brands across different sectors and they are now ready to launch a new ecommerce brand in the UK and US. The role is therefore hands-on, so our client needs a proactive Customer Acquisition Manager who can work in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a difference to a growing business. The successful candidate must, therefore, be an online acquisition expert who can drive traffic from new markets.

Customer Acquisition Manager will be working across multiple brands, but focus mainly on the new launch. It is therefore essential to have hands-on online acquisition and ecommerce experience, whilst having a great interest in creating customer profiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition across all the digital channels but must have strong skills in organic and paid search.

Main responsibilities of the Customer Acquisition Manager   

  • Develop and implement online customer acquisition strategies
  • Manage PPC, Display, Google Display and Paid Social channels and manage the relationship with external agencies where needed
  • Keep up to date on digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities to drive online acquisition
  • Run segmentation analysis and develop strategic tactics for re-targeting with email – and direct mail campaigns
  • Conduct keyword analysis to optimise on-page and off-page SEO
  • Create and optimise social media marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the external web development agency and run A/B testing to identify areas for improvement

Required skills and experience of the Customer Acquisition Manager   

  • Minimum 5 years’ in a digital marketing role
  • Previous experience of working with a high-growth ecommerce business
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a highly strategic level, whilst being hands-on
  • Previous experience of working with Shopify
  • Target driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Great at building relationships with external agencies
  • A self-starter, determined individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
