The CRM Manager will be accountable for managing and implementing the business’ overall CRM strategy in order to maximise sales and customer engagement. The successful candidate will also be managing a small team of CRM Executive whilst also working closely with other departments including the design team. The right person for the role will be obsessed with getting to the heart of their customers and what they want and need through the analysis of their online behaviours across all relevant channels and building and maintaining a loyal customer base. They will thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment where no two days are ever the same. They will ooze enthusiasm, enjoy what they do and not be afraid to let that show!

The Main Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Take control of the company’s overall email campaign calendar in order to ensure all targets are met
  • Manage all email communication campaigns for all sub-categories of the business, including newsletters, adverts and promotions
  • Ensure all sales are maximised by effectively managing trigger email campaigns via the customer lifecycle
  • Oversee mobile SMS communications as well as devising campaigns for pushing notifications on the business app
  • Plan and deliver a successful segmentation strategy for the customer database whilst working closely with the design team in order to create innovate email marketing campaigns
  • Produce regular reports which track each campaign and offer ideas for future improvement
  • Make sure that all email campaigns comply with current industry best practices as well as carrying out regular A/B testing in order to identify the most effective email marketing methods

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role is essential
  • An ambitious, commercial-savvy individual who’s willing to go above and beyond to ensure all targets are met
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing and email platforms for automated, triggered and manual campaigns are also vital
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into successful email plans
  • A creative individual with fantastic copywriting and communication skills
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with gravitas and able to engage and communicate with all types of people on all levels
