Do you have a creative spark? We are looking for a quirky and creative writer to be a Content and Social Media Manager!

Our client is an expert in the financial services industry but they like to do things a little differently! Based in Cheshire they are looking for a skilful Content and Social Media Manager. They will have oodles of energy and ambition like their team who constantly contribute to this booming business. This business is going places fast and has even bigger plans. They are in search of a creative, fun and interesting writer to join their vibrant and growing team as a Content and Social Media Manager! The perfect fit for this role will be passionate and excited and will bang out engaging content and straddle their social media! Ideally, the candidate will have their own social channel or blog! They will deliver the overall marketing objectives such as asset creation, planning fun copy and produce reports on key metrics that evaluate and no what works. The Main Responsibilities of the Content and Social Media Manager:

  • Manage the integrated planning and delivery of social campaigns.
  • Ensure that you achieve social media objectives against KPI’s
  • Have a creative ethos in order to produce unique and effective content
  • Use a responsible judgement on what content can be used to extend brand reach
  • Monitor the social media channels on a daily basis in order to respond to comments and react to news within the industry
  • Manage and lead the content calendar
  • Create onsite content to help paid campaign conversion
  • Liaise with the paid team to develop content according to commercial objectives

The Key Skills required:   

  • Strong content generation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of running paid social campaigns
  • An awareness and the skills to plan strategic long-term brand content and social media campaigns
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Fantastic time management in order to comply with strict deadlines
