As the agency continues to gain new clients, they are now searching for a talented and driven Client Services Executive – OOH, to work alongside the Media Planning and Buying Director and Manager.

As the Client Services Executive – OOH, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with the core team in order to guarantee that all planning and buying delivers high-quality solutions which meet the business, commercial and special objectives of the client. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the planning and buying processes in place are utilised in order to optimise the effectiveness of the department. Another key element of the role will involve the successful candidate executing all transactional activities whilst providing campaign planning support when required.

The Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Executive - OOH:

  • Build and maintain strong work relationships with clients and third party agencies or providers in order to ensure that SLA/client guarantees are delivered
  • Assist in the planning and development of campaigns whilst ensuring that all processes are followed strictly, including ensuring that all plans meet the commercial agenda
  • Make sure that all planning information is recorded in a timely fashion and ensure that all production costs are included in relevant campaign budgets
  • Responsible for collecting information in regards to creative ideas and send them to the agency
  • Accurately cost campaigns and finalise bookings with media owners by following the agency’s pricing process
  • Take control of all pre and post campaign audit data by ensuring that it is correct and returned within an agreed time frame
  • Make sure that the audit book it up-to-date at all times

The Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar media planning and buying role is vital
  • Experience within environment planning and activation process would also be advantageous
  • Fantastic communication, time management, organisation and budget management skills
  • Capable of identifying and highlighting any key issues or opportunities
  • Comfortable producing top-quality work and prioritising workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Capable of managing work relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a good understanding of digital media concepts
  • Expert knowledge of industry tools including ECOS applications and Route
