Our client is looking for a proactive, innovative Business Development and Marketing Manager who know their downward dog from their bridge pose.

This company are experts in fitness and have multiple sites across the country and believe in encouraging a holistic wellbeing in all of their members. They are now going through a period of expansion and need someone to lead and implement the business development strategy for their Manchester division. They will be integral in the development and delivery of their channel marketing plan.

They are looking for someone who will be a step ahead the rest, proactive and keen to deliver results. Please note this role is over 4 days.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Development and Marketing Manager

  • Create and implement a business development strategy for the Manchester division
  • Go to expert on classes and events to encourage overall health and wellbeing of customers
  • Deliver all marketing channels to generate leads, visibility and ultimately revenue
  • Check all work under brand and company values and guidelines

 

Skills and Attributes of the Business Development and Marketing Manager

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work remotely with the manager being based in other parts of the country.
  • Excellent relationship builder with new and existing businesses and communities
  • Experience in Business Development within an SME would be highly advantageous
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic about the ability to make things happen
  • Strong digital marketing skills
  • A strong knowledge of complementary therapies and yoga
  • Highly accurate with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with unchangeable taglines and prioritise effectively
  • A knowledge of PR would be highly advantageous
  • Strongly computer literate
