Our client is at the top of their game; conquering the fashion industry one cutting-edge garment at a time! Their office is ideally located in Manchester which means that the successful candidate will be surrounded by a variety of inspiration!  As the fashion empire continues to grow at a rapid rate, they are in need of a diligent, driven and expert Affiliate Manager to join their wild and wacky team!  

The Affiliate Manager will be joining the Digital Marketing and CRM team who effectively manage a multi-million pound budget. The team has built themselves an impeccable reputation since the start of the company, so they are looking for an individual who shares the same mentality and passion! As an international company, they are looking to expand their affiliate programmes across the globe and this will be one of the main focuses of the Affiliate Manager! An individual who’s ambitious, strategic and capable of negotiating will certainly thrive in this job!

The Main Responsibilities of the Affiliate Manager:

  • Within your territory, build and develop the affiliate activity and drive profitable growth
  • Optimise campaigns by using the affiliate marketing channels and audit the weekly performance
  • Liaise with the creative team when designing artwork
  • Ensure that all affiliate networks are within budget and achieving CPA targets
  • Maintain a motivated environment for the team to work in
  • Build and maintain strong work relationships with key affiliates
  • On a regular basis, generate reports which highlight the performance of the affiliate channels
  • Make sure that the affiliate programme is achieving objectives and growing the business’ market share
  • Collaborate with other internal teams when implementing a new strategy
  • On a monthly and quarterly basis, produce plans for all the affiliates which are within budget and achieve the company’s overall goals

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ affiliate experience in the UK is fundamental to the role
  • Competent knowledge of the affiliate landscape, ideally within a fashion background
  • Proven experience of owning and working towards achieving set sales targets
  • An ‘eye for detail’ with a ‘self-starter’ attitude
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set with the confidence to build strong relationships with internal and third-party teams
  • Experience of delivering increased traffic, sales and profit growth
  • Able to analyse and evaluate performance and recommend ideas for future improvements
  • Has a genuine passion for fashion!
