Our client is an innovative automotive business based in the heart of the fun and trendy Northern Quarter! They have an audience of millions of users and have ambitious growth plans for the next few years. To support them through their next stage of growth, they are looking for a  Acquisition Manager to join their marketing team and help formulate their growth plan and drive traffic to their website.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will use both predictive modelling and machine learning to implement innovative campaigns, and nurture leads through a variety of marketing funnels. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to push themselves out of their comfort zone and work for a fun and close-knit company who offer great benefits such as regular social events, free gym membership, and excellent progression opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Acquisition Manager:

  • Manage and nurture leads.
  • Optimise marketing process in line with CRO best practices.
  • Formulate a growth plan for the company.
  • Establish KPIs and drive innovation to hit targets.
  • Develop the internal function of the business.
  • Monitor activity and report performance to the team.

Required Skills and Attributes of the Acquisition Manager:

  • Proficient in Bing Ads and Adwords across search and display.
  • Experience using content networks (e.g. Taboola and Outbrain).
  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools such as GA.
  • Understanding of user journey best practices.
  • Experience using CRO software (e.g. Optimizely and Hotjar).
  • Understanding of SEO.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
  • Understanding of the ‘single customer view’.
