Our client is part of one of the world’s most prestigious marketing powerhouses and with a large variety of big brands listed as their clients, this is certainly not an opportunity to be missed! The agency strives to deliver first-class marketing strategies as well as offering services including media planning and buying services. Due to their parent brand having a phenomenal reputation, our client is able to offer boutique services yet work for some of the biggest clients in the world. Due to a recent influx of new clients, they are now on the hunt for a hard-working and talented Account Manager to join the team of experts!

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing and build key client relationships with clients from numerous industries. The Account Manager will become their client’s main point of contact and will be focused on delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will then be required to filter through the work in order to utilise all departments effectively. The agency is looking for a down to earth team player who is motivated to exceed their client’s expectations.

The Main Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Become the daily contact for clients, responding to their emails and calls in a timely fashion
  • Gain a full understanding of client briefs and ensure that all requirements are filtered through to the rest of the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure that all expectations are exceeded
  • Manage each project from start to finish, communicating clearly between the client and the teams
  • Take the time to talk through all presentations and proposals with the client whilst also providing tactical advice to each client
  • Manage workload by delegating tasks to the Senior Account Executive and Account Executive
  • Offer your assistance to the Business Development and Marketing Director when preparing RFI’s and cred decks
  • Take control of costs, budgets and times across all projects
  • Ensure that all invoices are raised on a regular basis and the revenue forecast is updated regularly

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A proven track record of working in a creative environment is essential
  • Excellent project management and implementation skills along with the capability to critique effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst providing excellent customer service
  • Integrated experience such as online, digital marketing, radio, AV and print would be beneficial
  • Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous as would be media experience
  • Strong marketing and brand communication knowledge combined with an excellent commercial acumen
