Our client is a high-flying digital marketing agency based on the peripherals of Manchester, who specialise in branding and communications. As they continue to gain new business, they are now on the hunt to find a hard-working Account Manager who will be focused on delivering key client campaigns. The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team, therefore, they will become an integral part of the team and contribute to the success of the business. No two days will ever be the same as the Account Manager will be working on a variety of accounts and they’ll be involved in all processes from marketing campaigns to reporting and analysis.

The Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Maintain and build client accounts by focusing on driving revenue whilst ensuring a high-quality of presenting solutions
  • Gain a strong insight into client needs, influence their buying decisions and deliver appropriate solutions and excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Account Directors and attend client meetings in order to take briefs, present solutions and develop their strategy
  • Ensure that the client’s budget is adhered to and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ within an account management role
  • Client focused with polished interpersonal skills
  • Ready to build their marketing skills and experience a variety of different projects of varying size and budget
  • Driven to deliver and exceed the expectations and needs of customers
  • Is happy to be exposed to multiple disciplines and learn and build knowledge on the job
  • Experience in project management is required however our client is more concerned with those who are willing to learn and integrate into company values and processes
  • Warm, friendly yet assertive with polished work integrity and perspective
  • Good communicator and able to deal with heavy workload with multiple tasks and keep key stakeholders informed
