Work for a successful online marketing agency, as their Account Manager. They are looking for the whole package, account managers to see their client’s strategies from concept to completion. They will have the key accountability of their designated accounts from the day to day relationships and retention. They will deliver excellent customer service, being the voice of the agency and main point of contact. They will know their wants and needs and keep them in the loop of developments, issues and actions. These clients will range from clients in both B2B and B2C markets including, homeware, pets, healthcare and automotive, to name a few.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Account Manager

  • Build and maintain new and existing client relationships. Work with other teams to get to know the client budgets and requirements
  • Create new business pitches, tender documents, quotes and other related documents
  • Get the very best for clients, delivering excellent customer service. With seamless communication and resolve issues quickly
  • Project manage the delivery of campaigns
  • Keep on top of the delivery teams to ensure that deadlines are being met
  • Quality check all work and ensure it is ‘client ready’
  • Report on and provide insight when necessary on performance

Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience in client facing, account management
  • Clear and confident communication skills who can work as part of a team to deliver best in class campaigns and understand client requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are also essential as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • The successful candidate must be able to prioritise tasks effectively to cope with a demanding workload and have the diligence to meet pre-determined timeframes
  • The successful candidate will have a strong interest in search marketing and the wider media industry.
  • It is essential that applicants keep up to date with the latest industry news, developments and best practices.
