Our client is looking for FIVE talented Digital Account Executives to join their team in Manchester, and is offering a competitive salary as well as great benefits such as product discounts, training schemes, and bonuses.

The Digital Account Executive will work as part of the Advertising Operations team. They will be a product champion – being the first port of call for any issues or questions that might occur, as well as overseeing various campaigns from start to finish: creating, managing, and optimising the digital advertising campaigns including paid media, social channels, programmatic display, and search and SEO.

Role and Responsibilities of the Digital Account Executive:

  • Campaign Performance – optimisation of digital advertising campaigns including SEO, PPC, and optimisation testing (copy, formats, delivery, audience targeting etc.)
  • Sales Support – working with account managers to ensure marketing initiatives are translating into business objectives by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Queries – ensuring a high level of CRM, answering any product questions, highlighting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service
  • Analytics and Reporting – monitor campaign performance, provide insights and feedback, track revenue and targets, and highlight any potential leads or improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in Digital Advertising, including use of Google Adwords and Facebook.
  • Analytically minded in order to transform data into valuable insights
  • Great communicator (both written and verbal) for both internal teams and customers
  • Technically adept – proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Outlook, WebEx.
  • Skilled at forming strong working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excited to get stuck into the role and gain cross-functional experience
