Our client provides a high quality product to one of the largest retail businesses in the world. The role of Web Content Executive is located in the company’s office situated in South Manchester. The main duty of the Website Content Executive is to be responsible for the day to day content management of all websites and digital spaces. This role requires an individual to be familiar with working in fast paced environments as the role will be extremely hands on. The role of Web Content Executive is a pivotal position within the web team and therefore there is the opportunity to directly impact the success of the company’s online presence. To be successful within this role it is important that the candidate is dynamic, self-motivated and experienced. Furthermore, you need to be able to focus on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful company!

The Main Responsibilities of the Web Content Executive:

  • Planning and managing content for all digital spaces
  • Produce copy, edit and proof read all web content
  • Analyse google analytics and search consoles to produce plans that will improve customer engagement and conversions
  • Liaise with commercial teams on the enrichment of product and service data
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly KPI data
  • Manage the online inventory
  • Support social channel activities
  • Be available to generally provide assistance and support to all areas of the business

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Outstanding copywriting skills and a creative flair
  • A good understanding of websites and their functionality
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC
  • A basic knowledge of social media and google analytics
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Demonstrable experience working in a team-orientated environment and independently
  • Excellent time management and flexibility skills in order to be successful in a fast paced environment
