Do you want to be a web analyst at a booming digital agency that is constantly expanding, with specialists in design, technology, product delivery, business strategy and coaching? Of course, the answer is yes and now we two opportunities to be able to work there with “an award-winning team of thinkers”!

They are hiring 2 people to join their clearly rapidly expanding team. Whatever level of experience you have don’t be shy, they are open to hiring from junior to senior candidates to fill these positions.

Role bands of the company:

(Band Guide – 1: Junior | 2: Practitioner | 3: Senior | 4: Lead | 4.5: Head | 5: Director)

In this role you will:

  • Help product teams measure apps and websites, business strategy changes, and service design.
  • Work with analytics consultants, conversion consultants, designers, developers, and other digital professionals to create world-class solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Have your time divided between client work (measurement strategy, tracking implementation), mentoring and line management of web analysts, and discipline leadership (evolving the analytics discipline).
  • Create great client relationships including working with consultants and delivery leads to improve and strengthen the relationship
  • Work with conversion consultants to improve measurement of CRO programmes.
  • Research and recommend new tools and techniques for the agency.
  • Improve the adoption of the analytics across the agency and our clients.
  • Review frameworks and processes to ensure they are providing the best for our clients.

The perfect candidate:

  • Have experience with Google analytics (including technical implementation for Senior/Lead)
  • Have experience using TAG Management tools e.g. Tealium, GTM
  • Have had exposure to other analytic tools such as Adobe Analytics, google BigQuery
  • Be confident in building relationships with clients including providing recommendations on their data management
  • Have experience in A/B testing
  • Be passionate about analytics and problem solving
