As the UX Analyst, you will be an integral part of the driving force behind improving their user experience and customer journeys on their website. The ideal candidate will be a combination of creative and analytical in order to have a real impact on the innovation of the brand.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the UX Analyst:

• Understand site performance and utilise analytical skills to identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate the effect of improvements and report on performance
• Carry out site audits to help sustain best in class UX
• Build, deliver, report on and test all campaigns
• Troubleshooting of all UX snags and issues and ensuring they are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Help with process mapping, wireframing, UAT, and user stories with the wider team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• UX background is a must
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Confident and creative around running tests and analysing results (A/B, MVT, etc)
• Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce role would be highly desirable
