Are you an expert at driving traffic to a website? Do you have experience working with digital marketing channels? A global retailer based in Manchester is looking for 3 Traffic Lead professionals.  

We have an exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned retailer as a Traffic Lead at their Head Office in Manchester, surrounded by excellent transport links! As the Traffic Lead, you will be responsible for devising innovative strategies for driving traffic and sales growth. You will also work with digital marketing channels (paid, email, social, etc), so any experience with digital marketing channels is desirable! For this role, it is important to have strong analytical skills, experience managing a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Traffic Lead:

  • Devise and deliver strategies for driving traffic and sales growth
  • Use digital marketing channels such as search, social, paid, affiliates, and email to meet cost targets and growth objectives
  • Track and monitor performance, ensuring that all channels are optimised according to weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
  • Budget management
  • Analyse performance and look for ways to optimise and improve it
  • Develop innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns, with the aim of increasing customer acquisition

Required Skills and Attributes of the Traffic Lead:  

  • Experience with digital channels is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail – can identify strengths and weaknesses and implement appropriate strategies to optimise performance
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience using software such as GA 360, Adobe, Adwords, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience managing a team
