They need an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team – with over a million social media followers, a growing ecommerce platform and stores across the UK and Ireland this role will be dynamic, exciting and rewarding!

The Social Media Manager will work closely with the buying team to plan marketing campaigns across all social channels, develop content for growing channels, and be able test and evaluate to optimise ROI and marketing effectiveness.

Social Media Manager key responsibilities:

  • Manage social media strategy and campaigns                         
  • Work across all the platforms
  • Have contacts with Press and initiate product placement
  • Work with influencers and celebrities for endorsements
  • Community Engagement
  • Work with suppliers for competitions and promotion
  • Work closely with buyers for new product launches 
  • Manage seasonal Activity planning
  • Timely and accurate reporting of campaign impact/outcomes
  • Using a ‘test and learn’ approach to refine campaign content
  • Developing previously untapped resources including new social media channel
  • Bringing plenty of ideas to drive the business forward
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics including engagement and ROI

Social Media Manager skills and attributes:

  • Finger on the pulse of new marketing and social media initiatives – experience and passion for all things social media, enjoys keeping up to date with trends and trying new approaches
  • Industry contacts – drive to develop press relationships
  • Commercially minded – understanding of ROI and key business strategies
  • Motivated to grow the business and produce high quality content
  • Strong creative eye to understand how to engage with the customer across various platforms
  • Manage a Social Media Executive with a desire to grow the team
