Although don’t pack your suitcase just yet as you will want to get in on the action of this is not so average food and beverage business as they sell a fun, tasty and exciting product. ‘Tasting is essential!’.

Our client is looking for a fun and playful social media executive to get under the skin of their brand and reach their audiences on social media. This role comes with great flexibility, so you can base yourself out of their quirky Notting Hill premises or wrapped up on the sofa, it doesn’t matter as long as you deliver!

As this is the first venture for this business in the UK, there is a massive opportunity to grow and excel, what else could you ask for?

Social Media Executive Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan to drive awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Be responsible for demand growth and user development funnels on both existing and new business initiatives
  • Devise, implement and be accountable for marketing strategy and execution to drive the highest ROI on user acquisition, growth and retention across marketing channels include CRM, social media, digital & content marketing, KOLs & advocates, PR, communications, advertising, and any other form of online and offline promotions.
  • Provide direction to a lean team; ensuring that they are well briefed, supported and that they work as effective members of the wider team, and deliver on their objectives.
  • Derive actionable insights using reports and data, present meaningful analysis, and recommending impactful initiatives and optimizations.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, including providing regular management reporting to inform the organization’s performances.
  • Manage marketing budgets, provide accurate ROI forecasting, and appropriate investments.

Social Media Executive Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in integrated marketing strategy and in a team management role.
  • Experience in F&B, B2C marketing, social media, and start-ups is highly valued.
  • Excellent track record of creating and implementing successful creative marketing campaigns, including all elements of the marketing mix.
  • A structured thinker who can break big, ambiguous challenges down into discrete, solvable problems.
  • Commercial acumen, budget management, and reporting experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
  • A creative instinct, both in developing campaigns and in constantly evaluating how we work to improve processes.
