They are now looking to hire an ambitious Content Manager to assist their expansion in delivering engaging marketing strategy. Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Social and Content Manager:

  • Create and implement the business’ content marketing campaigns.
  • Manage online brand visibility and improve communications engagement.
  • Take charge of all social media content campaigns, ensuring all content is up-to-date and engaging
  • Work closely with the SEO team and marketing team to execute new content.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and report back on content performance.
  • Report on a weekly basis the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Write regular blogs and web content using backed up research.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to establish and deliver a successful content plan.

Key Skills and Requirements of a Social and Content Manager:

  • Experience in the industry or similar role is required, experience in an agency is highly desired.
  • Good understanding of all marketing platforms (including e-commerce, PR, advertising and brochures).
  • Must understand KPI metrics specialising in digital campaigns and analysing the performance of content.
  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Must have a creative flair with the ability to create engaging content to generate commercial activity.
  • Be a great team player, able to motivate a team but also work on their own initiative.
  • Good communicator must be able to communicate with a range of key stakeholders and build strong relationships.
