Senior Web Analyst – FinTech – Up to £45,000 – Manchester

Our client is a cutting-edge financial technology company headhunting for an accomplished individual to join their currently expanding Marketing Department. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, they are now eagerly anticipating the addition of an innovative thinker, with a know-how for all things analytics. Reporting to the Head of Growth Analytics this role is perfect for an individual with a sharp mind and a meticulous eye for detail.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Web Analyst:

  • Cooperatively set and agree on KPIs.
  • Commit to attending continual optimisation sessions in order to improve User Experience (UX) via AB Tests.
  • Efficiently tag journeys for accurate tracking taking complete responsibility.
  • Intelligent development and oversight of holistic dashboards in order to meet agreed KPIs.
  • Create knowledgeable insights forged from existing reports in order to enhance business performance.
  • Consistent communication between stakeholders, sharing key insights and suggesting potential actions which would maximise KPI performance.
  • Utilise the analytical tools available including Google Analytics; Google Ads; Adobe Campaign Manager; MixPanel; Hotjar; Google Optimise; Optimisely; Google Data Studio and; Supermetrics.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent analytical mind – specifically carrying out Web and AB Tests.
  • A conscious understanding of how to use analytical tools.
  • The ability to adapt when working in teams or individually.
  • Prior experience of measuring and scrutinising applications to improve performance.
  • A driven attitude with an enthusiastic outlook towards working life.
  • Impressive communication skills.
  • Competency using MS Office in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of tag management solutions is desirable, but not essential.
  • An up-to-date awareness of current affairs and trends within the industry is beneficial, but not indispensable.
