Senior Trade Marketing Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Senior Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Services – Manchester City Centre – Up to £45k – MAT COVER – FTC 12 Months

In order to stay ahead of the competition and as the business goes from strength to strength, they are now on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior Trade Marketing Manager to join their thriving Manchester City Centre team.

The Senior Trade Marketing Manager must have extensive experience in driving business growth by delivering strategic marketing campaigns in the corporate sector. The successful candidate will utilise the full marketing mix including lead generation, campaign planning, digital marketing, content creation and social media.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Trade Marketing Manager:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and shape a B2B marketing approach that will achieve new business through lead generation.
• Shape and manage all B2B marketing programs to budget and in a timely manner.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the B2B marketing calendar - content, events, email, and advertising.
• Deliver against key KPI’s.
• Review all B2B marketing campaigns, and lead the team as they manage launch and review, guiding sales engagement and follow-up processes for each campaign 
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure content is targeted to the right audience.
• Work closely alongside the marketing operations to continually optimise marketing automation.
• Create B2B marketing reports with detailed data and insights which can be easily communicated to Senior Directors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally 3 to 4 years of experience, within a B2B Marketing background. 
• Sound knowledge of the marketing and business development process  
• Ideally degree qualified  
• Motivated and open to taking on new challenges in a fast-paced department 
• Ability to track all marketing and B2B sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior management 
• Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
