Senior Strategist - £35,000 - 3 days in office - Alderley Park

Our client are market leaders in recruitment and employer brands. They aim to provide organic and talented solutions. Consultation, building, and optimisation are the three core drivers of this company, which has enabled them to build a global presence, win onboard prestigious clients and win copious awards.

They are looking for a talented Senior Strategist to join their team based in Cheshire. The Senior Strategist will devise multi-channel marketing campaigns in order to hit targets and improve profitability for both clients and the company. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Channel Managers to define precise digital goals, track and report on progress, and adjust the approach as needed.

If you have an innovative mindset as well as a methodical approach to digital marketing, this could be the role for you!

Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Strategist:

  • End-to-end ownership of multi-channel marketing strategies that meet client objectives
  • Manage campaigns and projects to align with deadlines and budgets
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and glean actionable insights from these
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Create strong working relationships with clients and manage their accounts effectively
  • Motivate your team and take a hands on leadership approach

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Over 5 years of marketing experience
  • Marketing qualification
  • Client Management experience (handling multiple accounts)
  • Commercial acumen and up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Strong track record of successful B2B marketing strategies
  • Adept at Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Google Data Studio
  • An analytical mind – able to provide actionable insights from data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Innovative thinker
  • Experience managing a team is beneficial
