Senior Social Media Executive - Middleton (Hybrid Working) - £28,000 – Automotive 

Fantastic opportunity for a talented social media marketer to join a well-establish household brand that’s experiencing huge growth. You’ll get to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands and benefit from a fun and collaborative workforce!

You’ll take full ownership of the social strategy, helping to generate ideas and develop campaigns whilst working closely with the PR, Digital and SEO team.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital content strategy.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
• Coordinate social media messaging with the wider Marketing Department.
• Support the PR Manager in developing ideas and content for all social media platforms.
• Support in the creation and delivery of a social media and content strategy plan.
• Manage, maintain, and report on all company social media accounts.
• Carry out regular competitor analysis and social listening.
• Understand and manage social budgets.
• Manage, maintain, and report on customer reporting platforms.
• Deliver fast and efficient social media customer service.

Requirements

• Strong Social Media background.
• Confident with social media content strategy building.
• Experience in dealing with customers.
• Creative mindset.
• Experience in social media reporting.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Experience of using social reporting dashboards, such as Sprout Social.
• Experience working with other marketing departments.
• Experience in working with customer review platforms.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as senior social media exec or above.
