Senior SEO Executive – Up to £30k – Remote Working

Due to the agency’s expansion, they are looking for an SEO Executive to join their SEO department. You’ll be devising and implementing SEO strategies for your clients. The role will be based around maintaining and growing SEO accounts through a variety of SEO activities including content, link building and keyword strategies. 

The SEO Executive will be responsible for liaising and supporting the Head of SEO in managing client campaigns. This will involve creating tailored organic search strategies and monitoring set budgets and regularly speaking with clients to feedback progress. Other responsibilities include conducting keyword research and creating campaign reports.

The Main Responsibilities of the SEO Executive: 

  • Regularly conduct keyword research which can be utilised in order to support new client pitches and current client campaigns 
  • Offer assistance to the content team in regards to generating SEO-friendly content 
  • Carry out both on-site and off-site SEO competitor analyses as well as contributing to internal blogs and other external content 
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO technology and industry trends
  • Assist in the execution of SEO strategies for a variety of clients as well as carrying out SEO audits
  • Produce detailed reports which highlight campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush

The Main Skills and Attributes of the SEO Executive: 

  • Previous experience in an SEO role
  • Agency experience would be preferable 
  • Have a strong understanding in Google AdWords would be advantageous as well as SEMRush
  • Strong digital marketing skills along with an excellent understanding of Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Search Algorithms
  • An analytical mindset combined with a willingness to learn and develop your own skillset
  • Experience of using various digital channels and multi-channel markets
  • Ability to monitor and manage budgets as well as delivering KPI's
  • Organized and have the ability to prioritize clients when necessary
  • Able to provide an insight and analyse high- level data and pinpoint key information to report back to Directors
