Senior PPC Executive – Manchester City Centre (2 days in office)– Up to £30,000 - Agency 

One of the UK’s leading media agencies is recruiting for an ambitious PPC Executive to join the Search Marketing team. The award winning agency, based in Manchester City Centre, is renowned for its fantastic training and career development opportunities as well as its superior service to clients. This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will be involved in devising cutting edge paid search strategies for a variety of well-known and international brands. 

The role of the PPC Executive:

  • Ensure consistent delivery of best practice PPC management across your client portfolio, inc. quality control of work delivered by junior team members
  • Monitor/optimize results to verify that spend and KPIs are in line with campaign objectives. Look for chances for growth and appropriately escalate/respond to any account difficulties.
  • Follow compliance rules while performing billing activities (forecasting, reconciling, and invoicing)
  • As required, confidently explain account performance and actions to planning teams, as well as during client calls and meetings.
  • Support the training and development of PPC Apprentices and Assistants
  • Effectively manage and prioritise workloads, negotiate deadlines and liaise with planning teams.

The ideal PPC Executive:

  • Previous experience managing paid search activity, inc. Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising to best practices
  • Previous experience reporting and monitoring the performance of paid search accounts and communicating this to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver performance to client KPIs and targets
  • Previous experience managing monthly PPC budgets over £10k
  • Competent using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using SA360 and implementing bid strategies, desirable but not essential.
  • Experience managing shopping activity, desirable but not essential.
  • Good time management and organisational skills
