You can work from any of their 3 offices: Manchester, Birmingham, or Leeds – with the role being a blend of remote working and a couple of days per week in the office.

My client are looking for an Analytics Manager to join our rapidly expanding UK Google Practise team. If you are passionate about data, keeping up to date with new technologies and have a good eye for detail, then this is the role for you.

You will be a key member of their Analytics team, helping consult with clients to implement and optimise their digital performance through their analytics platform, with a focus on integration within the wider digital media environment.

You will be the go-to person for analytics within the Analytics, taking on the responsibility of promoting their services and expertise through the wider agency. Ensuring they always deliver top quality work and scaling our success by following best practice process.

The role will require excellent communication skills as you will be required to build and manage relationships with their clients and internal planning and investment teams. We're looking for someone with a genuine desire to learn, demonstrable people skills and experience or the desire to step up in a management capacity with an Analytics role.

Having worked in a similar role elsewhere, you will be extremely knowledgeable with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other web technologies.

About the person we’re looking for:

  • Advanced skills using the Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and other analytics platforms.
  • Experience of Tag Management technologies
  • Strong interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Excel, numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi task, prioritise and manage projects.
  • JavaScript, SQL, Python knowledge (Desirable)
  • Feed insights and findings into client teams team to develop data led hypotheses’
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing and ad operations (Desirable)
  • Ability to consistently work thoroughly and accurately, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator with experience of interfacing between business and technical teams
  • Create/manage dashboards to measure performance of web analytics and media performance data
