Our client prides itself on helping customers get to their perfect destination, whether it be for leisure or business. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Analyst to join their Manchester team!

As the Senior Digital Analyst, you will support our clients with analysis, insights and relevant product metrics to support decision-making and identify risks and opportunities. The model candidate needs to have a professional, confident attitude with the ability to work well with others.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Analyst:

  • Creation and implementation of main consumer metric dashboards for weekly and monthly business analysis and key brand metric monitoring, including A / B check launches and promotional activities for customers
  • Research, create and push product metrics across partnerships
  • To serve as analytical business partner in support of existing clients, Account Managers and Core Integrations team
  • To be responsible of Partner insights and data reporting of partners, including ongoing development and support of current and new outputs
  • Ad hoc analysis required by the team
  • Generate core insights from different data sources, like Google Analytics and Hadoop to benefit Partner analysis and decision making
  • Analytical consistency & development process improvement
  • Assess, propose and implement essential improvements to benefit partner performance
  • Aid with customer experience improvements, business planning, writing, forecasting and budgeting

Key Skills for the Senior Digital Analyst:

  • Amazing analytical and data-mining skills, and able to deliver accurate top quality information on time
  • Ability to cooperate and lead in teams
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Google analytics and Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Management skills with stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and link customer behaviours to commercial impact
  • Commercial awareness, connecting behaviours to market advantage
  • Preferred experience in ecommerce and multi-channel organisation, Google Big Query, Tableau, Power BI, Google Tag Manager and cross-device analysis
