Looking for something new? Our client is a leading retail brand and is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Digital Marketing department specialising in optimisation and improving customer experience. This is a business which invests in their employees, customers and clients. The Senior CRO Executive will be in charge of maintaining and improving online webpage roadmaps and maximising personalisation in order to enhance customer onsite experience. Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Senior CRO Executive:

  • Produce and manage A/B Tests to improve KPIs and digital marketing strategies
  • Work alongside the development and creative team to create design briefs and build on ideas
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to measure customer activity and use this to prioritise roadmaps and tests
  • Input key insights of web page data and recommendations ways to improve future strategies
  • Monitor performance of tests and report back to data insight team
  • Ensure all new site developments are running smoothly and adhere to best practice on-site SEO standards

Key Skills and Requirements of a Senior CRO Executive:

  • Very good knowledge of optimisation and A/B testing, multivariate testing
  • Experience in a similar role in the industry
  • Experience using CMS tools (platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely etc.)
  • Great at team working and communication across the company with stakeholders at all level
  • Must be very analytical with a creative approach to identifying new ideas
  • Passionate and energetic towards the success of the business and improving customer digital journey
  • Good knowledge of Excel and very good mathematical ability
