Senior CRM Manager – up to 45K – Greater Manchester – Consumer Services

Do you have a strong background in email marketing and customer relationship management? We have an exclusive opportunity for a highly competent CRM Manager to join their successful business!

The successful candidate will work in the fast-paced environment located in commuting distance from Manchester. Our client is growing rapidly, so they are looking for a talented CRM Manager who will run their successful CRM Marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing successful email marketing campaigns and enhance the full customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to reach an audience of over 150,000 clients and be the key driver of CRM strategies.

Roles and responsibilities of the Senior CRM Manager

  • Manage the brand through all channels of output ensuring best brand practice at all times
  • Report and monitor CRM Results, providing insights and recommendations when required
  • Implement the CRM Strategy and use these to achieve departmental KPIs and objectives as well as overall company objectives. Use this to set quarterly objectives and checking they are being achieved
  • Carry out market and customer research to constantly improve and keep relevant
  • Be the go-to person for external agencies administering the CRM System and ensure that the system is delivering the business needs

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience working with Mailchimp and similar email marketing tools
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to work cohesively with other departments sourcing their needs and requirements around newsletters
  • Experience in identifying clusters and analyse needs accordingly. A natural at crunching data and reporting and using this when required
  • Must have experience delivering successful CRM campaigns from concept to completion and evaluating performance.
