This company are looking for somebody who can excel their CRM capabilities at an exciting part of their company lifecycle! You will become part of a highly successful, fast paced company through a massive growth period, giving you the chance to really make your mark on the business!

The triumphant candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in CRM and Email Marketing strategy and have a strong desire to learn and grow! Based in Warrington but currently working remotely, you will work as an integral part of the CRM team, developing dynamic content and templates and optimising existing campaigns in-line with brand guidelines.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive:

  • Create and implement CRM strategies to enhance the customer life cycle and long-term customer life time value.
  • A big focus is to decrease the churn rate and increase customer engagement especially with the new target audiences, so you will work with team to reengage lapsed and dormant customers and attract new ones.
  • Run personalisation targeting and segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups and understand how to engage with them most effectively
  • Within the product lifecycle test and learn to optimise communications of channels
  • Create and implement customer personas and report insightful details from data analysis
  • Measure and analyse performance and work closely the marketing team to report results against KPIs
  • Keep up to date on industry developments and trends to constantly create innovative strategies

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience of delivering CRM campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of the technical elements of implementing CRM campaigns
  • Previous experience of using Hubspot would be preferred
  • Proven track record of working with key customer segments
  • Have a strong understanding of the customer journey
  • Previous experience of reporting performance to senior management
  • A strong communicator and excellent team player
  • Great attention to detail and be a proactive self-starter
