Senior CRM Executive - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working) - Up to £34,000 - Fashion

This fashion giant is in search of a Senior CRM Executive to execute the retention strategy through email, SMS, push and Direct Mail alongside the CRM Executive. 

The Senior CRM Executive will look after maximising the conversions through loyal customers and increasing revenue through targeted, segmented eCRM lifecycle approach. They will report on the performance of CRM and make recommendations for optimisation and customer segmentation. They will be enthusiastic and proactively seek and implement the best way to serve customers and drive revenue and benefit for the business. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior CRM Executive

• Work alongside the CRM Manager in delivering an optimised CRM plan whilst considering the best brand delivery of customers through using the most up to date software and processes
• Alongside the overall CRM team deliver high targeted CRM campaigns and report on performance 
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to make the best use of customer value, and create strategy 
• Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of adding customer lifetime value
• Keep up to date with CRM innovation and processes and recommend implementing them in the business

Skills and Attributes 

• Educated to degree level with strong experience in a similar role
• Experience of working in a CRM team developing and mentoring
• Experience of migration of CRM data with Salesforce 
• Working knowledge of 3^rd party apps with Salesforce 
• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and tailor the approach to different stakeholders.
